For some reason I decided to travel to Växjö last friday. I went there to visit an old friend from Uppsala, haven’t seen him in a loong time so it was fun to cache up again.

So the whole trip started with the train being late, about 50 minutes or something and upon arriving to Alvesta where we were supposed to switch to another train I decided to go for a cab instead. Had been sitting on the fucking train for 3 hrs so didn’t feel like waiting another 20 minutes to ride another train for 10 minutes. Also, I had a feeling that it would be late aswell.
When I finally arrived and meet up with Tobias we headed out for alittle drink, felt like I needed it after that bumpy ride. We went to a little place called Café something where I ordered a beer. Can’t really remember the name but it was something locally produced and it tasted horrible. After a few drinks we headed over to his place.

He lives at the campus in Växjö (which -apparantly- is the only real campus in Sweden) since he’s studying some funky-writing-thingy at KY.
The main event of the weekend was supposed to be working on his webpage. But I couldn’t focus at all and when I sat down and tried to get some work done I kept getting off-track and didn’t really accomplish anything. But all design elements on the page are ready and I just need to put together the code for it all to work. I’ll get back with more info on the webpage/results when something is done.

Was a nice weekend but right now I wish I’d stayed home and slept through it.

Talking about sleep, had the strangest dream last night. I think that this whole seeing Tobias again was alittle set back because I dreamt about Uppsala, or not Uppsala but the dream was about some of the girls I had a connection with during, although it was set in real-time. Felt strange to wake up, didn’t really know where I was when the alarm rang.

Anyway, now I’m going to try and get some work done and head out for lunch. Talk to you laters.
